Here at Right Choice Insurance Brokers we are dedicated to providing you with a great service.

We want to make sure we get it right the first time but we know that sometimes things go wrong and by letting us know will ensure we don't make the same mistake twice.

If we are unable to resolve the issue within 8 weeks you may refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), provided we have had an adequate opportunity to resolve your complaint first.
